We just had a home inspection, needed to get back to Boston, were incredibly busy with work but needed to connect with Jon. That’s when Jon said, ‘I’ll get you lunch while we go over your questions and next steps.’

Jon found something so important that everyone else missed
In delving into real estate documents, Jon recognized that our new home came with a septic system! No one else saw this because other houses on our street are on the new town sewer.
Immediately, Jon advised us to get the home inspector back. We did and the system passed inspection, but now we needed Provincetown’s septic inspector to examine the system. Who knew there was a town septic inspector!
Ultimately, the outcome was positive, but the septic system could have posed big problems if it wasn’t discovered before the closing. This only happened because of Jon’s attention to detail!
In a very special town, we’ve found our forever home
It’s unique with a beautiful garden in a wonderful neighborhood and the beach is down the street! We can gaze at boats on the ocean from our master bedroom.
Provincetown is where April spent summers growing up and one of the first places we came to after we met.
When we decided to buy a home here, inventory was extremely limited. When we finally found the perfect single-family home, in our favorite neighborhood, our close friends, who own across the street, told us what to do next.
